The seafood forms the heart of this dip, with a pound of small shrimp and six ounces of lump crab meat providing a deliciously fresh and briny flavor. These are perfectly complemented by a cup of sharp cheddar cheese, which adds a savory depth and a bit of a tangy kick. To bring all the flavors together, we use finely chopped green onions, which add a slight crunch and a subtle, yet distinct, onion flavor that enhances the overall profile of the dip.

Seasoning is key to elevating this dish, and we achieve this with a harmonious blend of garlic powder, onion powder, and Cajun seasoning. The garlic and onion powders add aromatic undertones, while the Cajun seasoning brings a bit of spice and complexity, creating a well-rounded and vibrant taste. A touch of salt and pepper is added to taste, ensuring the dip has just the right balance of flavors.
