Who doesn’t love the delicious taste of Lemon? It’s always such a lovely addition to any dessert. Combine it with cheesecake and you have an amazing treat that everyone will love. That’s why I’ve put together this delicious dessert that’s uncomplicated and simply divine. A dessert that takes three of my favorite things Lemon, Crescent rolls and cheesecake and combines them into one delicious and tasty treat. Drizzled with an unbelievably delicious glaze this treat will be a favorite where you share it.

Crescent rolls are such a versatile staple in our home. So whether you love making them into a sweet treat like this delicious pastry or into something more savory like these Chicken parmesan crescent rolls. You can’t go wrong! So read below to find out how easy this treat is to make!

These Cheesecake crescents have a Prep Time of 5 Minutes | Cook Time: 11 Minutes

Servings: 8 rolls

What you need to make Lemon Cheesecake Crescent Rolls


1 can crescent rolls

4 oz cream cheese, softened

¼ c sugar

½ tsp lemon extract

1 Tbsp lemon curd

1 Tbsp melted butter

 

Glaze:
1 c powdered sugar

2-3 tsp fresh lemon juice

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

In a medium sized bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, lemon extract and lemon curd until smooth and creamy.

Unwrap the crescent rolls and press them flat.

Spread about a tablespoon of the cheesecake mixture over the top of the dough and roll it up into a crescent shape.

Repeat until all the dough has been used. Brush the tops with the melted butter.

Place them on a baking pan and bake for about 10-11 minutes, until lightly golden brown. Remove and let cool.

To make the glaze, place the powdered sugar and squeeze enough lemon juice to make the glaze into a consistency that it can be drizzled over the crescent rolls.
