Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion plus more for topping
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese divided
  • 8 ounces lump crab meat
  • Salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Stir together the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic, Cajun seasoning, hot sauce, green onion, 1 cup of cheddar cheese and crab meat until smooth.

  3. Spread the mixture in a baking dish or pie plate and top with remaining cheddar cheese.

  4. Bake for 30 minutes, until hot and bubbly. Garnish with more Cajun seasoning and chopped green onions before serving.
