Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 1 box cornbread stuffing
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Add the sausage, stuffing, egg, and cheese to the bowl of a stand mixer. Use the paddle attachment to beat the ingredients together until combined.

  3. Use a small cookie scoop or tablespoon to scoop the meat mixture. Roll it into a ball between your hands and place the balls on the prepared baking sheet.
