Method
- Place one cherry tomato on 8 skewers.
- Fold a piece of salami or pepperoni in half,then in half again. Place it on top of the tomato on the skewer.
- Top the meat with a cheese cube.

- Repeat with the remaining skewers.

- Repeat the process with the 8 green olives and 8 mini pickles.
- Arrange all the skewers in a circle on a large round serving platter, stacking the skewers on top of each other as needed.

- Fill the spaces in between the skewers with rosemary sprigs.
